Presenters are responsible for bringing their printed poster to the conference, at least one presenter is required to attend. Submission abstracts are due by September 15 30, 2025, and must be submitted through the Qualtrics survey link provided.
We welcome proposals highlighting Integrative Medicine innovations in Undergraduate and Graduate Medical Education settings that align with one or more of the following categories:
- Educational Innovation
- Clinical Innovation
- Wellness Programming
- Culinary Medicine/Food as Medicine
- Lifestyle Medicine
- Integrative Medicine for Special Populations
Objective of the Poster Presentation
The purpose of your poster presentation is to provide an opportunity for colleagues in Integrative Medicine to learn about the work of rising leaders in Academic Integrative Medicine. The poster session is a time-efficient way to present the main elements of your program or study during the AWCIM Integrative Medicine Conference (IMC). Your colleagues may want to apply your work in their own settings; therefore, your poster should address the evaluation of your project, program, or research, and we encourage you to have handouts and/or business cards available to enhance the networking opportunity.
Abstract Submission for IMC
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by IMR Leadership. The abstract will be submitted via Qualtrics by September 15 30, 2025.
The Abstract Submission should include:
- Title of Poster
- Lead Presenter, with institution/organization
- Other Presenters, with institution/organization
- 200-word abstract about poster/presentation
- Submissions should be free of commercial bias and not include promotional materials.
- If your abstract is accepted, someone from your group will be required to register for the conference and attend in person to present your poster.
Display Format
Each poster should be prepared on heavyweight paper or lightweight cardstock, so they are easy to mount to the presentation board. These posters will be printed by the participants at their home institution to bring to the IMC conference. Landscape Orientation is required. Dimensions of the posters must be 60” x 36”.
