Physicians and healthcare professionals. Members of the interested public are welcome, but content is aimed at health practitioners.
- Is CME available?

The University of Arizona College of Medicine -- Tucson is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The University of Arizona College of Medicine -- Tucson designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
- Will other types of credit be offered?

The Integrative Medicine Conference 2026 will offer CME and General Credit. For other credit types, please check with your respective organization to determine if they accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
- Is this event virtual?

The Integrative Medicine Conference 2026 is in-person on the campus of the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. No virtual option is available.
- How much does the event cost?

- Will recordings of lectures be available?

Recordings of select lectures may be available post-conference. Please stay tuned for updates on the specific sessions that will be recorded and if they will be accessible at a later date.
- Is single-day registration available?

No, you will need to register for the entire event.
- Can I change my concurrent sessions?

You may update your registration on your Event Dashboard. As long as availability exists, you may change your registered concurrent session choices. Please note that concurrents have limited availability and will not appear if fully booked.
- Can I register multiple people under one account?

Each attendee must create their own individual account and complete the registration process separately. Our system is set up this way to ensure we collect the necessary information for CME accreditation and to personalize each participant's experience.
- What is Alumni Day and how do I register?

Alumni & Associates Day on March 11th (the day before the main conference) features Lightning Lectures—a TED-style lecture series spotlighting bold ideas in integrative medicine—followed by a sunset networking reception with music, food, and great company!
Alumni Day is a $50 add-on that can be added through your Conference Dashboard after registering for the main conference.

We have negotiated group rates at three nearby hotels:
- Aloft Tucson University - $189/night (closest - 0.5 miles, 12-min walk)
- Graduate by Hilton Tucson - $239/night (1.1 miles)

- Is there free transportation from the hotels to the conference venue?

Yes! The Sun Link streetcar is a convenient and FREE option that runs from the Marriott and Graduate hotels approximately every 10 minutes. The streetcar pickup is one block from the hotels and drops off two blocks from the conference venue.

- Is there parking on the University of Arizona's campus?

Parking at the University of Arizona is limited, and we encourage all IMC26 attendees to walk, use local public transportation (including the FREE Sun Link streetcar), ride-share, and carpool when possible.
- Parking at the University of Arizona

The cost of parking at the University of Arizona Campus is separate from registration. When parking in University of Arizona garages, all parking fees must be paid prior to exiting the facility. Payments are conveniently accepted at exit gates, mobile pay, or pay stations, available 24/7. Back-in parking is not permitted.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that cash or checks are not accepted.
Mobile pay is available via QR code on your parking stub (the stub you pull when entering the garage).

Paid conference parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The two nearest parking garages at the University of Arizona for IMC26 are as follows:
- Highland Avenue Garage (1240 N Highland Ave)
- University of Arizona Health Sciences Garage (1401 N Campbell Ave)
- Should I rent a car?

The University of Arizona is 25-30 minutes from the Tucson International Airport (TIA). Suggested hotels are within 1 mile of the conference location. Hotels are also equipped with rental bikes and ride-share pick-up options. The FREE Sun Link streetcar also runs every 10 minutes from the Marriott and Graduate hotels to the conference venue (Sun Link info).
- What is the event address?

This event is being held on the campus of the University of Arizona at the Sciences Innovation Building (HSIB) located at 1670 E Drachman St, Tucson, AZ 85721.
- Is there a way to connect with other attendees before the conference?

We are developing a conference app that will include networking features to help attendees connect with each other. The app will be launched closer to the conference date. We'll send an announcement to all registered attendees once it's available.
- Will this event accommodate food allergies?

All meals will be buffet-style and clearly labeled with common allergens. If you have special requests, please let us know by February 14, 2026, by writing to the IMC Team.
- What accommodations are available for attendees with disabilities?

The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and the University of Arizona are committed to creating inclusive and welcoming experiences for all of our diverse community members. - Can I register guests for meals?

Unfortunately, space is limited, and we cannot accommodate guest meals at this conference.
- Can I cancel my registration?

Advanced pre-sale registrations are non-refundable.
Early bird registrations and regular rate registrations can be cancelled. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Conference Dashboard by February 28, 2026. Cancellations will be refunded the full amount less a non-refundable 15% service charge and processing fee. Cancellations received after March 1, 2026. are non-refundable.
- Can I exhibit at the conference?
