Registered alumni and associates may invite licensed healthcare colleagues to register for the conference.

To invite healthcare colleague, please use the “Invite a Colleague” feature on your Event Dashboard. Healthcare colleagues will receive a special link which will allow them to register for the event separately.

Spots are limited for this in-person event. This conference is not available to the public or non-healthcare providers.

The conference will not live streamed or offered as a recording.

Yes, attendees may register friends and family (who are not attending the conference) for a Guest Meals Pass at an additional cost of $750 per adult.

Children Guest Meals Pass are available for children ages 5-13 for an additional cost of $140 per child.

A Guest Meals Pass includes group breakfasts and lunches provided during the conference and Sunday's Networking Reception.

Individual meals are not available for purchase. Adult guest meals and children guest meals are only available as a package. Attendees and guest are required to wear a conference badge to all conference events. Due to space, Guest Meals Passes are limited and will be available on a first come basis.

Please note due to space, guests may not attend the educational sessions or optional morning sessions.

Guest Meals Cancellation

Guest meal cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, December 13, 2024.

Cancellations will be refunded the full amount less a non-refundable 15% service charge and processing fee.

Cancellation requests received after Friday, December 13, 2024, are non-refundable.

Yes, cancellation requests must be submitted through your Event Dashboard.

Registrations paid by credit card are refundable, minus a 15% service fee, within 150 days after the payment transaction.

Payment transactions 150 days or older are non-refundable. You may request an account credit with AWCIM. Credits may be used on a future conferences or online courses.

Please review your invoice to view your transaction date.

All cancellations must be received by Friday, December 13, 2024. Cancellation requests received after Friday, December 13, 2024, are non-refundable.
