Associates must have successfully completed their program. 

Alumni and Associates' Healthcare Colleagues

Registered alumni and associates may invite licensed healthcare colleagues to register for the conference.

To invite healthcare colleague, please use the "Invite a Colleague" feature on your Event Dashboard. Healthcare colleagues will receive a special link which will allow them to register for the event separately.

Spots are limited for this in-person event. This conference is not available to the public or non-healthcare providers.

The conference will not live streamed or offered as a recording.

Can I register a colleague to attend the event?

Do You Have Colleague Interested in Integrative Health?

You may invite licensed healthcare colleagues to register for the conference using our brand-new Guest Registration Portal.

To invite your colleagues to register for the conference, simply register for the event yourself then visit your Event Dashboard to copy the guest invitation link provided on your account.

Can I register friends and family who are not attending the conference for group meals?

Yes, attendees may register friends and family (who are not attending the conference) for a Guest Meals Packages at an additional cost of $750 per adult and an additional $140 per child (ages 5-13).

Attendees may also register friends and family for Sunday's Dinner & Dance (no other meals) for an additional $135 per adult and $75 per child (ages 5-13). Tickets to Sunday's Dinner & Dance do not include other meals.

What's Included with Guest Meals Package?

A Guest Meals Package includes group breakfasts and lunches provided during the conference and Sunday's Networking Reception.

Individual meals are not available for purchase. Adult guest meals and children guest meals are only available as a package. Attendees and guest are required to wear a conference badge to all conference events. Due to space, Guest Meals Package are limited and will be available on a first come basis.

Please note due to space, guests may not attend the educational sessions or optional morning sessions.

Guest Meals Cancellation

Guest meal cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, December 13, 2024.

Cancellations will be refunded the full amount less a non-refundable 15% service charge and processing fee.

Cancellation requests received after Friday, December 13, 2024, are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, cancellation requests must be submitted through your Event Dashboard.

Registrations paid by credit card are refundable, minus a 15% service fee, within 150 days after the payment transaction.

Payment transactions 150 days or older are non-refundable. You may request an account credit with AWCIM. Credits may be used on a future conferences or online courses.

Please review your invoice to view your transaction date.

All cancellations must be received by Friday, December 13, 2024. Cancellation requests received after Friday, December 13, 2024, are non-refundable.

Is CME available?

The Alumni & Associates Conference is a planned CME activity.

Are recordings of the lectures available?

The conference will not be streamed or offered as a recording.

Can I exhibit at the conference?

We are accepting on-site exhibitors and sponsorships. This includes booths, product samples, and virtual offers. Please visit our Exhibitor Page for more information on partnering with us.

Where is the event being held?

The conference is being held at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa located at 3800 East Sunrise Drive, Tucson, Arizona, USA, 85718.

The hotel group rate is $219 plus tax and fees per night.

The group rate includes a waived resort fee when booked through the group's link. The group rate is based on availability.

With staggering views of the Santa Catalina Mountains, activate your sense of adventure with a stroll through nearby Sabino Canyon. The resort balances activity with leisure, offering dynamic workspaces at our full-service business center and five outdoor pools with cabanas, chaise lounge chairs, waterfalls, and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.

The resort is a 30-35 minute drive from the Tucson International Airport (TIA).
