Guest Meals Packages

Registered attendees may pay for family or friends to attend group meals.

Guest Meals Packages include all breakfast buffets, lunch buffets, and Sunday's Dinner & Dance.

Guest registration for Sunday Dinner & Dance is available.

Guest meals do not include access to educational sessions. Guests are required to wear name badges while attending group meals. Register guest meals by December 13, 2024. No registration is available onsite.

Note: To register for this event, associates must have successfully completed IMER, IMR, or IMDT.

The conference is in-person only and will not be live streamed or offered as a recording.

Alumni and Associates' Healthcare Colleagues

Registered alumni and associates may invite licensed healthcare colleagues to register for the conference.

To invite your healthcare colleagues, please use the "Invite a Colleague" feature on your Event Dashboard.

A special link display, which you may send to your colleague, which will allow them to create a conference account register for the event separately.

This educational conference is not available to the public or non-healthcare providers.
