Who’s attending?  

The conference is open to all graduates and associates of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.  

AWCIM Alumni include 

  • Fellowship in Integrative Medicine Graduates 
  • Integrative Health and Lifestyle Program (IHeLP) Graduates  
  • Integrative Health Coaching Graduates 

AWCIM Associates include

  • Integrative Medicine Elective Rotation (IMER) Associates 
  • Integrative Medicine in Residency (IMR) Associates & Site Leads 
  • Integrative Medicine Distinction Track Associates 

Associates must have successfully completed their program. 

Spots are limited for this in-person event. This conference is not available to the public. The conference will not be streamed or offered as a recorded webinar.

Can I register guests for meals?  

Yes, attendees may register guest(s) for an AWCIM Guest Meals Pass at an additional cost of $735 per adult.

AWCIM Children Guest Meals Pass are available for children ages 5-13 for an additional cost of $175 per child.

What’s Included? 

An AWCIM Guest Meals Pass includes access to all group meals provided during the conference and access to Sunday night’s Dinner & Dance.

Conference meals include delicious plant-forward, anti-inflammatory meals - offering nourishment and culinary inspiration.

Due to space, AWCIM Guest Meals Passes are limited and will be available on a first come basis.   

Individual meals are not available for purchase, guest meals and children guest meals are only available as a package.

Attendees and guest will be required to wear a conference badge to all conference events.

Please note, guests may not attend the conference educational or experiential sessions.

Guest Meals Cancellation

Guest meal cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, December 9, 2022.

Cancellations will be refunded the full amount less a non-refundable 15% service charge and processing fee.  

Cancellations received after Friday, December 9, 2022 are non-refundable.

Is CME available?

The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson designates this live activity for a maximum of 10.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Are recordings of the lectures available?

The conference will not be live streamed or offered as a recording after the event.

Can I exhibit at the conference?

Where is the event being held?

The event is being held at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa located at 3800 East Sunrise Drive, Tucson, Arizona, USA, 85718 on Friday January 13 through Monday January 16, 2023.

The resort is a short 30-35 minute drive from the Tucson International Airport (TIA).

The hotel group rate is $209 plus tax and fees per night. The group rate includes a waived resort fee and is based on availability.
